Our moq is 100-200 pieces for in-stock products.
Moq for customized products is 3,000-12,000 pieces.

2. Can I print my logo on the products and customize it into different colors?
Absolutely, we support logo printing both for in-stock and not in-stock products, but if you want to customize the color for the products, the moq will be above 3000 pcs.

3. How long will it take to create a mould?
It normally takes around 20-30 days to create a new mould.

4. What’s your main target markets?
Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America.

5. Do you charge fee for creating a mould? Is it refundable? If yes, how?
We do charge the fee for creating a new mould, and there are two solutions as follow.
Mould fee depends on which part of the product, but normally around 3000 USD.
We support 5/5 payment, your part takes on 50% of the mould fee and we take on the other part. Once you place order to us successfully more than 3 times, we will refund you 50% of the mould fee. Both of us are entitled to use the mould.
You also have a chance to pay all of the mould fee, in this way, and only your part can use the mould. Once you place order to us successfully more than 3 times, you will get your 100% full refund.

6. How long is the lead time?
Lead time is around 7-10 days by Express for in stock products.
As for customized products, lead time is normally around 30 days.
